Funny but True Lawsuit

Marcy Meckler. While shopping at a mall, Meckler stepped outside and was “attacked” by a squirrel that lived among the trees and bushes. And “while frantically attempting to escape from the squirrel and detach it from her leg, [Meckler] fell and suffered severe injuries,” her resulting lawsuit says.

There is an old riddle that goes: “When is the best time to plant a tree?” The answer is, “thirty years ago!” So when is the best time to get a flu shot? Last November!
We are at about the halfway point of the flu season and the daily line-up in the Student Health Center of people who both look and feel miserable is impressive.
