I really did not expect much from EA Sports in the release of FIFA ‘10–frankly, I was content to keep playing the classic ‘09 version.
But a few modifications and a reverence to the great parts of FIFA ‘09 make FIFA ‘10 a great buy for the sports gamer.

Comedienne Chelsea Handler startled a nearly sold-out audience at the Chevrolet Theater in Wallingford, Conn., on Dec. 5 when she proclaimed that beloved assistant Chuy was dead.

The audience as well as the ensemble was filled with people of all ages, yet united for the same purpose. The show possessed something enjoyable for the great diversity of people who attended.

The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show outdid itself this year with more glitz, glamour, rock-hard physiques and over-the-top costumes. The Black Eyed Peas opened for the ladies with their hit, “Boom Boom Pow,” rocking to a sea of black lights and fans.

Here’s “the situation.” I’m sure New Jersey natives everywhere are ashamed of, yet amused with, MTV’s portrayal of the Garden State. For a place that with an already bad rap, “Jersey Shore” did not make things better. The new show premiered Thursday, Dec. 3, and is a cross between “The Real World” and an episode of “Rock of Love” gone bad.

“Saturday Night Live” featured cast member Jenny Slate is not a worthwhile addition to the long-running sketch comedy. Slate was hired over the summer as one replacement for the fired Casey Wilson and Michaela Watkins. While Wilson barely added anything to the show, Watkins showed immense promise and potential.

University of Connecticut junior psychology major Erika Puccio probably hates the letter “W” right now.
“W” stood between Puccio and the possibility of winning thousands of dollars worth of cash and prizes on the popular game show “Wheel of Fortune.” Puccio represented UConn during the annual “College Week” where she competed against students from the University of Delaware and Northeastern.
