QU MUSIC ‘embarrassed’ by turnout

QU MUSIC chair Tabor Chichakly is pissed off. Following the Haiti benefit concert co-sponsored by QU MUSIC and Alpha Phi Omega (APO), which raised $200, he told The Chronicle that there was “no excuse” for Quinnipiac students to not attend.

‘The Vagina Monologues’ takes stage tomorrow

A special performance of Eve Ensler’s award-winning play “The Vagina Monologues” will take place tomorrow afternoon in Buckman Theater at 1 p.m. Sponsored by Women Activists Vocalizing Equality (WAVE), the contentious play was also performed last night.

Spearheaded by treasurer and Sundance coordinator junior Caitlin Goldberg, the Quinnipiac Film Society (QFS) traveled for the third year in a row to the Sundance Film Festival. Twenty-five students engaged in discussion with filmmakers and viewed several films seeking distribution in Park City, Utah.
