Joseph Mullaney leads for student body president in mid afternoon election results
The Student Government Association posted the mid afternoon results at 3:30 p.m. for April 6’s election. Polls close at 8 p.m., and SGA will announce the final results after that.
The results so far for the executive board positions are as follows:
Student Body President;
Joseph Mullaney- 1,088 votes, 51.76 percent of the votes
Chris Desilets- 949 votes, 45.14 percent of the votes
Abstain-65 votes, 3.09 percent of the votes
Student Body Vice President:
Alec Turner- 1,796 votes, 85.44 percent of the votes
Abstain- 306 votes, 14.55 percent of the votes
Vice President for Finance:
George Corde- 1,145, 54.47 percent of the votes
Sal Nesci- 691 votes, 32.87 percent of the votes
Abstain- 266 votes, 12.65 percent of the votes
Vice President for Student Experience:
Ali Munshi- 1,765 votes, 83.96 percent of the votes
Abstain- 337 votes, 16.03 percent of the votes
Vice President for Public Relations
Ryan Lynch- 1,786 votes, 84.96 percent of the votes
Abstain- 316 votes, 15.03 percent of the votes
